tAKE WYOMING bACK!

“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”  US Constitution, 10th Amendment

The United States was formed by 13 original colonies that created the central government – not the other way around. The US Constitution limits the powers of the Federal Government.  All other powers are “reserved to the States, respectively, or to the people.”

Nearly half (over 48%) of Wyomings land and resources are presently controlled by the Federal Government.  There is no constitutional authority for this to exist.  Neither was it the intent of our founding fathers that the central government would control over 48% of a state’s land and resources.  You control the land and its resources, you control the people.  By proper development of ALL of the state’s resources, we can ensure a bright and prosperous future for generations to come.

Also, there are many Federal Regulations that interfere with Wyoming businesses, private property and our way of life.  This is also “over-reach”  into a state’s rights to self-govern.  It needs to end.

In 2026, We the People of Wyoming, will Take Wyoming Back!  We will reclaim our rightful inheritance as a free and soveriegn state within the framework of the US Constitution and our right to self-determination!

I have the courage, strength and personal determination to lead Wyoming to this great future.  WE the People of Wyoming, can be a shining example of which other states can follow.
